Fiona has worked with the industry’s top wildlife and factual presenters, talent-spotting and nurturing people in front of and behind the camera.
Fiona believes in sharing her BBC and indie experience with the next generation of producers and presenters.
She has mentored hundreds of colleagues, who have gone on to become BBC commissioners, award-winning presenters and news correspondents.
She also works with a number of NGOs, such as Project Luangwa, to improve their media production and exposure on a global level.
Fiona lives in London with her partner Murray, who works at the BBC World Service, and their daughter Chloe.
